We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase timestamp ("Refund Window").
Covered purchases
- Subscriptions (initial purchases and renewals)
- Credit bundles (speaking/writing credits)
Not covered
Promotional or gifted credits, trial/intro offers priced at $0, and third-party marketplace/app-store purchases (request refunds from that store).
Note: We sell digital services. There is no physical return.
2) What happens when a refund is approved
- Subscriptions: Access is revoked immediately, and future renewals are canceled.
- Credit bundles: We remove any remaining credits granted by the refunded order.
- Purchased credits are non-expiring (outside a refunded order).
3) How to request a refund

- Subject: Refund Request
- Your order ID, purchase date/time, and a short note (optional)
Note: We'll confirm receipt and update you by email.
4) Timing & method
- If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Bank processing typically completes in 5–10 business days (varies by bank/card network and country).
- Currency conversions/fees are set by your provider; we refund the charged amount in the original currency.
5) Fair use & abuse prevention
The 7-day guarantee is meant for genuine dissatisfaction. We may decline or limit refunds if we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund patterns that indicate misuse. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback before we can assist may delay resolution and can result in account suspension pending outcome.
7) Local rights
Some regions provide additional consumer rights that apply alongside this policy. Where laws require stronger protections, we will honor them.
